Today, Monday, Aleppo International Airport opened an air cargo line for the Beirut-Aleppo section, and from around the world to Aleppo via the Lebanese capital.
And the airport announced in a statement issued today: “Gentlemen of economic operators in the city of Aleppo, with the Syrian Foundation operating the Beirut flight every Friday, we bring you good news to open an air freight line to the Beirut-Aleppo section at competitive prices, as well as from all over the world to Aleppo via Beirut.
It is noteworthy that the Aleppian merchants and industrialists were not able to ship their goods directly from Aleppo in the past, and they were forced to send them to Damascus to be shipped from the capital, which would incur additional costs for them, or sell them to Damascus merchants.
