“Sama” channel did not deny news, and met with the alleged Lebanese “prophet” Nashaat, nicknamed Majd Al-Nour, who claims to be “a prophet sent, carries a heavenly message, and possesses miracles.”
The Lebanese astrological forecaster, Carmen Shammas, sparked a wave of ridicule several days ago when she hosted the so-called “Nashaat” and released it to the audience, claiming that he was a “new prophet” sent to Lebanon, which led to sarcastic reactions on social media.
However, “Sama” channel conducted an interview with “The New Prophet”, which is the channel that used to host predictors, false astrologers, and a claimant of knowledge of the future, but this time the meeting was with an “alleged prophet” who had a goatee, and he held a stick in the front that resembled the head of a hookah, and drew strange drawings on his forehead.
For his part, Nashaat appreciated this gesture from the Syrian channel, saying that Sama channel is the first in Syria and that the Syrian people are a respectable people, as no Syrians have insulted them, claiming that the Syrian people are familiar with spirituality, and that the gateway to light will be from Syria.
It is strange that all the comments and publications by the Syrians on Facebook carried mockery and resentment of the alleged “prophet”, but it seems that the Prophet “Nashaat” follows Syrian channels only and does not know how to deal with social media and does not know the real Syrians’ reactions to him.
The news of the “alleged prophet” sparked widespread ridicule by the Lebanese and Syrians, where the journalist “Ahmed Al-Hajj” commented, “Congratulations to Lebanon and to the Lebanese people the new prophet… There are charlatans, dear country!!” Who is the young man?? The first time I see a prophet with a goatee!!”
