Many owners complained about a delay in the distribution of title deeds to regulatory shares in the second regulatory area in Basilia City. The Executive Director of Decree 66, Riad Diab, justified the reason for the directorate working to remove all signs on real estate before the bonds were issued, so that the owner receives his deed devoid of the signs that They impede trading and licensing, and thus shorten the time needed to work, in addition to the presence of many citizens who did not complete their data and papers required to issue title deeds for regulatory shares.
Diab expected, in a special statement to “hashtag”, to announce the delivery of the bonds at the beginning of next month, and thus citizens can start the trading process for a year.
Diab called on the owners in the second regulatory zone “Basilia City” to review the Directorate of Implementation of the Decree to complete their data, bringing with them a copy of their personal identity and ownership contract.
As for Marota City, he noted that the work is progressing at a high pace, under the direct supervision of the governor, through field tours in the decree area and meeting with the owners of exchanges and contractors to overcome the difficulties and obstacles they face.
The director of the Directorate of Implementation of Decree 66 in the Damascus governorate revealed that the number of departments in the Marota City organizational area reached 271 sections, of which 165 are for owners, and 67 of them are owned by the governorate, while 43 sections have been allocated to clinics, schools, places of worship and other public institutions and facilities.
Diab indicated that 123 sections applied for licenses, 50 were approved, and building licenses were issued, and a temporary register was opened for 37 sections, in addition to digging 77 ones, noting that one section was completed on the structure with a floor height of 12 floors.
Diab confirmed that immediately after the issuance of Presidential Decree 237 to create the northern entrance to Damascus for the two real estate areas of Qaboun and Harasta, the directorate prepared tables of real estate restrictions, pointing out that last month, committees for an inventory and description of the buildings were completely formed, as the real estate newspapers were not canceled, and within three months they will be completed.
