The Israeli occupation arrested several children in the village of Faqu’a, northeast of Jenin.
In Ramallah, a young man was wounded by Israeli gunfire near the Ofer refugee camp. Palestinian youths west of Ramallah also confronted Israeli soldiers.
In northern Hebron, youths threw Molotov cocktails at an Israeli tower at the entrance to Beit Ummar.
In Nablus, the Israeli occupation forces raided the villages of Tal and Madama, where they confronted civilians.
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that 48 Palestinians were injured during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces in the villages of Beit Dajan, Madama, and Osarin, Nablus district.
Local sources confirmed that the occupying forces fired bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas at the participants in the weekly anti-settlement march in Beit Dajan, east of Nablus.
Murad Shteiwi, a media spokesperson in the Qalqilya region, said that the Israeli occupation soldiers fired tear gas canisters at the marchers, causing dozens of people to suffer from severe suffocation, including children, who were treated in the field.
On the other hand, the head of the Northern West Bank Settlements Council, Yossi Dagan, on Friday called on the occupation forces to launch a military operation in Nablus in the West Bank.
Dagan said: “We will not accept in any way the return of the wave of operations as it was months ago. I demand the immediate closure of the checkpoints around Nablus and the launch of a military operation in order to prevent another wave of bloody operations.”
