2.4 million passengers
According to Dubai Airports statistics, Dubai International Airport is preparing to receive 2.4 million passengers during the period from June 24 to July 4, bringing the average daily passenger number to 214,000.
Dubai Airports expected that the airport will receive about 235,000 passengers on the second of next July, making it the busiest day.

This performance was achieved despite the reduced capacity in light of the closure of the northern runway for a period of 45 days, to implement comprehensive development operations.
The airport indicated that it received about 13.6 million passengers during the first quarter of the year, at a time when annual expectations indicate a doubling of annual passenger traffic through Dubai International Airport.
And it expected the number of passengers to reach 58.7 million passengers this year, compared to an average of 29.1 million in 2021.
