For the first time… Four cases of people infected with “black fungus” were recorded in Idlib

For the first time… Four cases Press reports said that Idlib Governorate recorded for the first time since the emergence of the Corona disease, four cases infected with the black fungus.

The so-called “Minister of Health” in the Jabhat al-Nusra government, Maram al-Sheikh, confirmed the presence of four cases of black fungus in Idlib.
The Sheikh indicated that the “interim government” is following health measures to confront the epidemic, in coordination with international organizations.
The official in charge of the Corona file in the Idlib Health Directorate, Husam Qara Muhammad, said that the number of confirmed cases of the black fungus is three, pointing out that the fourth case is still under study.
The official explained that the Corona virus, “only works to provide an opportunity for this disease to be born.”
The black fungus often grows in the maxillary sinus, later causing erosion of the bone, according to Qara Muhammad.
While the director of the vaccine program in the Early Warning Network, “Mohammed Al-Salem”, indicated that the fungus raises the probability of death and the number of deaths among people infected with Corona from 50 to 80%, explaining that its prevention is completely linked to the prevention of the Corna virus.
And last June, several cases of black fungus spread in the areas of the Syrian government.
Last June, the director of Al-Mouwasat University Hospital in Damascus, Issam Al-Amin, announced the presence of several cases of black fungus, indicating that it is not new and has been in Syria for years.
And black fungus, is an infection caused by a type of fungi within a group of pathogenic microbes.
According to doctors, these microbes are four types, viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi, which form black colonies in the affected tissues.
The black fungus was diagnosed many years ago, as some research sources say that it appeared in 1885, while other sources say that the diagnosis appeared in 1876.
