The 27-year-old artist, Ayed, appeared during the past few days on the “My School” platform of the Ministry of Education, which allows students to receive their lessons remotely via Internet-connected devices.
Al-Ayed gave music lessons to the students, as he was the first Saudi singer to go through such an experience.
Impressive experience
The comments of many of his fans in the Kingdom reflected their admiration for his new experience, prompting some to praise the Ministry of Education’s choice of him, while others who left school wished to return to it to attend the lessons of their favorite star, as they put it.
Saudi television stations, newspapers and news sites, including the “MBC” channel, spoke on Friday about the artist’s experience, Ayed, and his reactions to it.

The lessons offered by Ayed are part of a new project for music education called “Musical Culture”, which is carried out in cooperation between the Music Authority and the Ministry of Education.
The program of the Music Authority aims to provide interested students with a clear idea of music, the skills of writing musical notes, and identifying the methods of international artists, in addition to the ability to differentiate between popular musical styles in the Kingdom, and the ability to differentiate between popular musical styles in the Kingdom and learn about musical instruments.
