Muzayrib joins the other regions to the “reconciliation”: regularization of the status of those who have left the military service and handing over of arms

Within the settlement agreement proposed by the state in some areas of Daraa governorate, the process of settling the status of a number of militants, wanted men and those who have failed to serve military service and handing over individual weapons to the Syrian army began today in the town of Muzayrib in the western countryside of Daraa.

Special sources told “Hashtag” in Daraa, that the settlement operations that continue in the western countryside of the province, could end all their operations “without penetration” within a week as a maximum.

The central committees and the dignitaries of the town of Muzayrib, in the western countryside of Daraa, had agreed to the settlement terms proposed by the state to restore security and stability to all parts of the governorate and to impose its full sovereignty there, provided that implementation will start as of today.

The sources said that the agreement, which took place in Muzayrib, 20 km west of Daraa city, includes the implementation of the settlement terms proposed by the state.

The sources confirmed that the settlement terms approved by the central committees are the same ones that are being implemented in Daraa al-Balad and the town of al-Yadudah, northwest of Daraa, and include collecting all the weapons available to the militants and settling the conditions of the wanted militants and wanted persons. The exit of the rejectionists, the handing over of the armed leaders of their light, medium and heavy weapons, the entry of the Syrian army into all areas where the militants are deployed, the search for weapons and ammunition, and the return of state institutions to all areas.

The day before yesterday, the implementation of the settlement terms proposed by the state in Yadoudeh began with the entry and deployment of units from the army and the competent authorities there, and the opening of a center to settle the situation, which witnessed a turnout from the people, a few days after the implementation of the settlement terms began in the Daraa al-Balad neighborhood.

The sources indicated that yesterday, the settlement process was completed and the arms handed over in Yaduda, while the weapons inspection process continues to complete the settlement terms.

It stated that army units deployed at points inside the farms of the villages and towns of Yadoudeh, Tafas and Muzayrib, while the engineering elements of the army continued combing the agricultural lands in the vicinity of Yaduda towards Tafas and Muzayrib to remove booby-traps, weapons and ammunition in order to preserve the lives of civilians, and found a number of guns and a quantity of ammunition.
